I have definitely been in a three week stall before. In June I tried to increase the intensity of my workouts and redesign my diet. It's been helping. -

All the time! When I serve folks at my house now, they always have to remind me that they have a full sized stomach. Lol. "Normal" portion sizes are foreign to me now. I serve everyone toddler sized portions.

Protein first and no drinking with eating. Exercise is my new favorite thing to do. I read a quote that read..." If you can train, you can train harder." That's my motto when I go to the gym. -
