Hello everyone just wanted to stop in and share some exciting news I was sleeved 2 years and 8days ago Starting weight 315lbs Surgery day 286lbs Current weight 159lbs I set my goal at 159lbs the day of my surgery my doctors goal for me was 175-180lbs but I couldn't stop at that I needed my bmi to be normal for my height and as of today I've reached my personal goal I will continue to focus and maintain my progress thanks for taking the time to read my success here are some pictures of my journey Paints size 26 3xl shirt Now pants size 7/8 small shirt

  8. @@jenn1 thanks I felt I should share my success just to let the people that are struggling know that anything is possible continue to focus and work hard it will payoff I'm loving the new me @ 41 years and I feel and look like a 30year old

Hello everyone just wanted to post some updates Of my success Sw297lbs Sw286lbs Cw163lbs I'm a little over a year I was sleeved 3/20/2013 with No complications I saw my doctor last week and I would say he was pleased with my results and I was also asked to be a spokes person for his motivation classes I'm 4lbs away from my goal weight but I know I'm gonna set another one once I reach this one my bmi was 46.6 n now it's 25.6 still over weight but not by much those 4lbs hope to lose them this month I achieved my first 5k walk this weekend my next challenge is the run I know I can do it thanks for takin the time to read my story hope u all achieve the goals that u set going into this life style change good luck everyone the beginning now

    @@Amy373 not so much as a program I follow I just focus on one part of my body at a time and remember to drink a lot of water and do a lot of walking this is key I'm now 40years old so it's harder for my skin to fall back in place so keep in mind you also wanna keep your skin moisturized good luck

    How soon for hair loss?

    I started to see it around 3 months but if you get ur protein in it will stop my hair has actually grown over the last 4 months longer than it's been in years so keep in mind protein is key good luck

  22. Take smaller bites and make sure you are chewing chewing chewing allowing your food time to digest I know they told me in the beginning that if I didn't move around that the gas would move to my shoulder blades and it would be a horrible feeling thank God I didn't get it
