Wearing a size 24/26 pants & 3xl top Today march20,2014 Cw 170lbs Bmi down to a 26.8???????? Wearing a size 10 pants & med top My goal is to lose 11 more #'s to be at a normal bmi of 24.9 my total weight loss so far is 129lbs ???????? I stay away from white rice white bread n potatoes everything else I eat

Not a whole lot I work out n the gym but I walk a lot as well

Hello I started my weight loss journey 3/20/2013 a little over 9months ago down 117lbs starting weight 297lbs current weight 180lbs 21lbs to personal goal so excited to c my results pants size 26 with a 3xl shirt down to a size 11 pants n med shirt 4% away from a normal bmi. I haven't seen these numbers ever n my adult life Me at 297lbs 3months after surgery down to230lbs The last pair of work pants I wore b4 surgery Current 180lbs

I was sleeved 3/20/2013 8 1/2months ago Starting weight 297lbs Surgery day 286lbs Current weight. 182lbs Goal weight 159lbs I am happy to say my bmi is overweight status n no longer obesity I went from a size 24/26 pants n 3xl shirt to a 12/14 pants & a med shirt i feel great n the only regret about being sleeved is that I didn't do it sooner me at 297lbs 182lbs holiday Christmas party lastnite

It was somewhere between 4-6 weeks for me I started out on the treadmill n worked my way to weight lifting

Yes it's ok I've had it now for a year n I haven't gotten pregnant yay it felt a little weird day first maybe bc I knew it was there but it's ok now
