    No no date yet. I have uhc so I'm talking to them about everything I need to get the surgery. I have a consult appointment. Just getting a lot of info until then. T hanks y'all for answering my questions. My consult is next month with Scorbourough in Houston.
  2. I am in the process of being approved for surgery. I cook for a living. I studied culinary with a hospitality degree and have been cooking at a gourmet deli/meat market for several years now. I worry how hard it will be for me to stay on my pre-op diet and post-OP a well. Also wondering if I will loose my love for creating dishes. Is there any other chefs or cooks out there who have gone through this that can guide me through?

    Thanks foodies, I was skittle worried when my cousin who he's been sleeved said she longer feels the need to eat at all. I worried that I would lose my love of preparing food. How did you handle pre-op at work, with food everywhere to tempt you. Gum??
