Hello I was sleeved 9 months ago..I have a small problem. I am very hungry after 6 pm I drink plenty of water but I am still hungry..my weight loss has been good but I've notice it's slowed down. I spoke to my doctor and he said usually in the morning my stomach is tight but as the day goes on my stomach expands and I am able to fit more food. Any advise on how to keep hunger under control?

Hello everyone I fractured my back in two places t12 and L1. I cannot do any excises for 8 weeks so I am worried about no weightloss during this time. Has anyone hurt there back and hit the gym after? If so what exercise did you do to make your back stronger. My primary care doc said I've lost bone mass due to my sleeve because I don't get enough nutrients in my everyday diet. Has anyone heard of this bone loss issue?

Hi ya I am almost four months out and lately I've been experiencing slime and foaming, and to top it off...now it kinda feels uncomfortable to swallow. I feel like i did when I first got this surgery...I had a hard time swallowing but over time it got easier but now I am having a hard time again. What do you guys do to get rid of the slime/foam? -

Hi everyone. has anyone joined weight watchers after getting sleeved? I feel like joining to get a weekly weigh in plus I kinda like the recognition they give when you lose weight. I don't get any support by my surgeon or his office, they do not offer any support groups or nutritionist . is it a bad idea or go for it? any input would be great

I feel hungry all the time. I spoke to my doctor yesterday and he said ..it's ok and eat every two hours but chose protein first. I carry protein bars with me everyday in my purse just in case I get hungry. -
