Have you tried Unjury in Chicken or beef buillion? It's really the only way I can stand Unjury but it is actually GOOD!

My lapband surgery took place on 7-31-2007. I weighed 229 lbs. As of today I have lost 25.5 lbs., most of those in the first two weeks. Maybe I'm being a little hard on myself since it's only been a month, but I so want to lose. The trouble began when I traveled to Florida with my sister for our Dad's 81st birthday. I had just gone on solid foods, and had my first post-op Dr. visit. He approved the travel. He also told me to expect to lose an average of 2.5 lbs./wk from now on. I had already lost 18 lbs in two weeks and couldn't understand why it would slow down so much. I asked the nurse and she said "You'll cheat". Well, of course, while I was in Florida, we ate out every meal! At first I tried to stay on the diet then eventually gave in to eating what I wanted thinking I'd "be good" when I got home. I gained 7 lbs. in 4 days!!:omg: Thank God we couldn't stay any longer. So it took me a bit to lose it although I have not truly followed the diet since. Like I've been reading in other journals, it's not as easy as I had hoped, but I don't regret it one single bit. For the first time in a long time I have hope. However, I was stuck on 205 lbs for about a week and a half which is very discouraging.:cry But yesterday I decided to 'bump' myself off of 205 so I had a protein shake for breakfast (as usual) and another for lunch and again for supper. I was HUNGRY all day. Finally just before bed, my will power gave out and I ate about 10 Lil' Smokies with twice as many Wheat Thins. I was disgusted with myself but what could I do....it was done. I got up this morning and weighed myself. 203.5 Wow!:nervous I couldn't believe it! Although it seems like I'm getting hungry between meals, I'm hoping my first fill on 9/12 will help take care of that. As long as I'm not hungry, I won't eat. I'm not a 'snacker', but i can't stand to be hungry! So, I'm going to try to have a protein shake for breakfast and lunch and then pretty much have what I want for dinner. It's easy for me to ignore the hunger during the day because I'm busy but in the evening, especially if I'm watching TV with all the food commercials, it's very difficult. I think I'll stick to quilting in the evenings too so my mind won't be constantly drawn to food. AND I just want to say that my sister has been VERY SUPPORTIVE. She even tore out all the food ads from a Good Housekeeping magazine that she was reading on the plane so I wouldn't be tempted. Thanks, Sis!!: clap2:
