Easter Challenge: SW: 144.9 GW: 134.5 My actual final goal weight is 140 but secretly, I want to get down to 134.5 so I can say I lost 1/2 of myself. My weight at my initial consult was 269. I am so close!

Awesome! I am in for this challenge as well. I will have to remember to log in on Sundays for this challenge. Thanks Bea!

Weighed in at 148 this morning after 2 days of 147.6. But I will take 148 because I still made my goal! Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone!

151.3 today. Happy Monday everyone!

Current weight: 152.6 Congrats Bea on making it to Onderland! And I agree with most people here, since you do all of the work for us, weigh-in days should be whichever day works best for you!

Congratulations! Way to work your sleeve!!!!

SW: 157.7 CW: 153.9 A very good week for me so close to my goal. I love these challenges! They keep me focused.

I totally understand what you are feeling. I am having the same issues with people I work with. It seems with the last 10-15 pounds I have lost, people are starting to freak out. I just got asked to hold out my arms and then the person told me my wrists are too small. WTF! I am still considered "overweight" with a BMI around 26 and people are worried that I am too skinny. I just wish people would worry more about themselves than how much I weigh! *sigh*

How many sizes have you dropped?!?
Lorie269 replied to rensterness's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Last February I was: Pants: 24W Shirts: 2X/3X One year later: Pants: 10 Shirts: Large (some mediums) I have about 15lbs left to lose to reach my goal. I hope to be in a size 8 pants and a medium/large shirt. -
I completely understand what you are going through! I was unable to stomach the pureed stage as well. I did pretty much stay on full liquids and scrambled eggs until the soft stage which was about 4 weeks post-op. I had no problems introducing soft foods into my diet when the time came. Good luck!

SW: 157.7 GW: 150 Going to be conservative with my goal since this challenge is only 4 weeks and my weight loss has definitely slowed this last month. I hope to make my final goal weight by the Easter or Memorial Day challenge (if you are wonderful enough to have those too). Thanks again Bea for all of your hard work on these challenges.

Final weigh in: 158.9 Congrats to everyone on a great challenge. Hope to "see" everyone next week for the start of the next one.

How much did you lose the first 3-4 months? I want to be out of the 200+ Club by summer.

Thanks Lorie! How did you get the monthly tracker about your ticker?? I want one? I just typed what I wanted into my signature. To get there, click on "My Settings" in your profile and select "Signature". Feel free to use mine for reference if you would like. There is also an option for "MyTickers" in your Profile. -

Congratulations!! I can't wait until the summer. Kayaking is one of the activities at the top of my "To do" list this year. Like you, I look forward to getting off of my "easy chair" and living in 2014. -
Please add me for this challenge too. I hope I am as successful as I was for the Valentine's Day challenge. Thanks Bea!

Hi July Sleevers! I figured since we have all reached 6 months post-op we should give an update of our progress. Here's mine: Surgery Date: 7/26/13 HW: 269 SW: 248 CW: 160 Total loss of 109 lbs. 88 since surgery. I still have about 20lbs to lose to meet my goal. I look forward to everone's updates.
