This is my one fear. I avoid any artificial sugars but truvia or stevia. I have only found two protein mixes that don't have them but haven't checked their protein amts etc.

Well the weather may just hamper this happening It's CRAZY out there right now!!! -
Just in case anyone else gets this insurance and has questions . It's half of the actual procedure which comes out to 2000-3000 out of pocket ( if we have already hit our deductible which we are working in lol). Everything else is covered as normal 80/20.

The body by vi ones gave me a headache (I have issues with sucralose/aspartame - going to be the hardest part of all this for me ). I have found a couple of protein shakes that don't have it in them. One I found at Walgreens (can't remember the name right now) and the it works ones. Hoping one of those tastes good after I'm done -

I am completely new here and just went to the conference Saturday. But I live in South OP and am hoping to get a sleeve from the Hoehn, Kowalski, or Hamilton
