So today is day 16 after surgery i will be honest My dr told me to. Go on pureebut i triedmeet and fish too i chewed them hard though nothng is wrong and im happy of course not a lot of that a piece od a dime size. I get hungry but i get confused what shoul and shouldnt i eat!! I lost 8 kilos the 1st week .. Now another week and my weight didnt go down a bit. Im starting to hate my chewing multi Vitamins but im trying my best to have them every day. Is not losing weight this period is fine. Or there is something wrong?

so today is my 8th day after surgery, i still cant sleep flat i have to be layed angle 45 degree. or i will be having lots of pain in my stomach. burning kind of pain. i also cant bend my whole body to the right or left while sleeping it cause me pain. anyone suffers from the same symptoms?

so today is ny 7th day after surgery some how i feel much better than the days before. its just the protien drink i cant handle it i hate it i have to continue on lequid diet add to that the protien drink. i cant handle the taste intried many kinds still no luck please advice on other way to have my protien while in lequid. also im so hungry im not into the broth beef or chicken booth are the aame to me no good tea is ok but i add splenda to it i dont know if iam allowed to do that. i tryed the crystal drink thing its ok but sugery and doesnt satisfy me. help with some ideas

oh i didnt know that i can mix suger free hot cocoa with protien! actully i didnt think that iam allowed to do that. woohooo im happy now i can depend on that!! thanks!!

i feel very week i even cant see as well as i used too. fatigue and just like the feeling when ny blood presure drop down. i think i need my vitamens but my doctor told me to not take any suplement before the 10 days after surgery. i dont know why?!! while i was in the hospital they used to give me everyday "i stayed there for 3 days" any information or advice ??!

if they are how come they give us the chewable vitamins at the hospital it doesnt make sense to me at all

i feel so bad - heart burn when ever i drink or eat- cant walk normaly the stiches hurt. i feel lonely i feel i wanna cry - and i am starting to regret the procedure. i miss my old life i feel my eyes are poping out due to the lack of nutrions. i am weak and sad please tell me it will get better soon ;(

i am from california my dr is ludwig he's one of the best here but it seems that my body is sensitive + i will read yr story now thatls for sharing ????

i had my surgery monday - today is friday and i still cant walk as good as i used to (i will be bending my self while walking) im still having burning when ever i walk and when ever i drink something my stomach keeps hurting me in weird way for a minute then it all go back to normal .. when i sip again iwould have the same problem. now is this normal? or not? also, i am starting to feel that i wanna eat a big meal junks or what ever i used to like pre op. is that normal???
