OTC omeprazole -- what should I be looking for?
Confuzzled posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My doctor wants me to take, and I quote, "OTC omeprazole 20mg - take one by mouth twice a day for 6 months (crush & dissolve in liquid)." However, every type of omeprazole on the drugstore shelf says "do not crush." Am I missing something? Anyone have any suggestions for me?
