    My progress!

No issues 7 months post op except the gall bladder issue, I am eating mostly healthy foods sometimes a bit of chocolate, I exercise by walking every now and then though I really need to go to the gym though haha, 7 months out there is no problems really, just drinking straight after eating sometimes an issue still but other than that I can eat anything fine. Bread and soft drink I struggle a bit with though.

    FEBRUARY SURGERIES

  20. I am 21 years old and Im so happy lost 3.7 kg already! I started at 188kg I am now 184.3kg very happy so far but hasn't been easy at all. 1 week and 4 days till surgery excited and nervous !
  21. I am Australian yes, haha yeah ive been on my pre op diet now for 3 full days now and i have downed 3.7 kg, fair warning tho it's not easy if ur used to takeaway everyday 2 meals a day! Haha but it starts to get a little easier as time goes by and u also start to feel less lethargic and more energy which gives u the energy u need to cook for yourself and not jump in the car and get fast food haha, for me the cravings were at its worst the first day 2nd and 3rd its more the emptiness and hunger that gets to u. I am booked for surgery on the 19th of Feb this year. I am doing the 2 week pre-op diet optifast/optislim, and seeing a dietitian. May i ask what surgeon u got?
  22. Does anybody know if they have major problems wen you lose alot of weight with your belly dangling down to your private area?
