I'm going shopping today for my pre op and post op liquid diet. I saw this huge tub of protein powder from Costco that said 50g protein per scoop and it was whey protein. Is there a specific kind of protein I'm looking for? What's isolate protein? Help please!

It is very different for each person. I know that I personally (why I actually stick to a diet lol) am a fast loser. Even when I was a low bmi it came off quick, I just never kept if off . NOw my bmi is high, I think it's 50 or 51, so I'm expecting (and hoping!) that it drops just as fast. -
My doctor says never. I'm s huge seltzer addict. I love a nice cold seltzer with a twist of fresh lime! Butttt, my doctors know best and if they say no carbonation, then I'll be giving it up!

I'd get up and walk the isles evert half hour or so, to prevent the risk of clots. And maybe compression socks? -

Lol! I've been on nuvaring for 7 years! It's very effective! My hubby is um.. Gifted? Lol.. And it sometimes comes out depending on the position (lol tmi) but as long as you out it back in within 3 hours its still effective! I'm don't havering kids though, and was considering mire a, but I'm scared of it puncturing something!

How do you like the depo? I'm on nuvaring and looking for something more permanent but I'm scared of IUDs. Doesn't depo cause weight gain?

I'm from Suffolk county, getting my surgery done at St. Charles hospital in port Jeff with Dr. John Angstadt from MY bariatric Group. My paperwork is being submitted to insurance on 6/3 so I'm very excited and will hopefully be sleeved by July!!
