I have found a bar called Life Choice they have 21grams of protien and dont tast bad at all, they have a choc and a peanutbutter one w/the 21 grams then then have some others that are like 10-15grams of protien have not tried those yet

Thanks, I am very Happy w/what I have lost, the prob w/uping my caliores is I can eat much I can only have like 3-4bits of something so its all I can do to get in what I have been. the only way I have been getting my protien in is by some protien bars I found that have 21grams of protien if it wasnt for those I wouldnt be getting that in, and the shake my stomach doesnt like anymore

Ok I had my surgery 12/27/12, I am starting to slow down and its starting to get to me I went last week and only lost 3ounces, I am working harder then ever doing 4 miles on most days, if not 4 then 2 miles a day, I did my first 5k on Sat and felt great about it. just getting frustrated w/the weight lose I thought I would be down more, I hardley eat I average about 600-800 cals day, I am taking my Vit getting my Protien, still have a hard time getting my water but I am getting closer. Any one have any advice please help

What are you eating? are you working out? need more info

before surgery it was about 5lbs for me and pretty much gone by the end of it, after surgery I dont noitce it going up at all just stays the same

Prilosec is what I used yeah use just have to keep trying things if it doesn't work one day wait a few weeks then try it again every day is diff to what works one day doesn't the next

Yeah same here people are telling me they can see a diff I am down 55 so I happy with that just would like more lol

Man a month its been a week for me of not losing and I am getting frustraded I hope I dont go a month. I am heading into my fourth month

yeah I think that is good, listen to your body and how you feel we prob could have sooner cus I was feeling fine but since the dr said 6 weeks I waited didnt want to do anything to mess anything up

My Dr told me 6 weeks so we waiting the 6 weeks, it was very hard, lol

I had my surgery on 12/27/12, yes it was hard at fist but every day does get better, I can still really only eat like 3 or 4 bites of food at a time depending on what it is, I use to love spicey deff cant have that anymore, lol, but I have found I crave for nothing I only eat to give my body what it needs. just keep at it and it will get betting I still have a hard time getting my Water in but I am closer the last few days then I have ever been so I am happy with that. My back issues are gone and am feeling so much happier, I love that I dont crave anything and that I am not always hungery it makes things so much nicer, as far as reflux yes when I got off the meds it was still there I just got off them again and doing better today I had some issues but think it was because I had some steak that had to much pepper on it so it ruined the rest of the day for me, wont be doing that agian, Good luck

wow Jack that is awesome I had mine on 12/27 and I am only down 35.3 I am happy for that just wish it was going a little faster,

I just had my one month down 31.2 sooo very happy can't wait for more to come off
