  6. Your welcome, I know its hard but you can do it,
  7. lol you can have it but its going to affect you alot easier then before you might get drunk off of just a half a glass if that, they say to try and stay away from it but you can have it, but remember having this surgery is for a life change you need to change the habits you use to have or its not going to be worth the money you spent

Feel like I must be doing something wrong

yeah I am doing what I am told and I know we all lose diff and I am happy w/the 56 just was thinking it would be more for how big I started out at, I feel so much better and I did my first 5k Sat so I am very very happy, just hard when you see others that in less time have done more, I feel like I am kicking my butt I do about 4 miles aday on the treadmill and can only eat like 600-900 cal a day, as I can only eat like 3 or 4 bites of stuff at a time,
  22. yeah for the most part I can eat small portions of anything just a tast of it, lol I am about 12 weeks out
  23. yes you dont want to lift heavy weights til 6-8 weeks, but you can do light weights and do your cardio, they say approx 4lbs a week is good, of course at first your going to lose faster, and you will also have times were you wont hardley lose at all, I am having that issue now I had mine done on 12/27/12 I am down 56lbs so far wish it was more hoping for a big lose here soon just keeping my figers crossed, plus it also depends on how big you are,
