Okay so earlier today I was reading a post about eating eggs, made me realize I hadn't had an egg in quite some time.. This stayed at the back of my mind all day at work. I got home, took out, heated and ate my dinner (had prepared it yesterday) which was a 60g piece of chicken... Next thing I know, I was eating a scrambled egg! Don't even remember consciously deciding to scramble the egg! Soo p*ssed off at myself right now! WTH is wrong with me! Ugh....
