  1. My friend gave me a recipe for poop pudding. Its good and you eat like 2-3 tablespoons a night and it keeps you regular 1 1/2. cups pitted prunes 1 cup applesauce 1/2 cup all bran Cereal 1 cup prune juice blend really well. put in fridge it tastes like raisin bran cereal with pudding consistency i am 3 months out and it works well

  5. The support I got was OVERWHELMING! I am so glad I told people. Even the ones with negative comments I am able to answer back and educate. Most people arent as overweight as I was and when I point out that 150 pounds overweight is much diifferent than 20 pounds over it gets them thinking. Im doing this for me and my family. Noone else so personally I dont care what others think!

    Stalling so soon?!

    My surgery was April 5 and I gained 10 pounds in hospital! Then I lost 5 and stalled...and stalled... and stalled, now I am losing like crazy! A pound a day or so! It gets better I promise! It was frustrating but now I am soooooo happy!

    Head Hunger

    I have the same problem!! Last night I dreamed of KFC. I DONT like KFC. But geez, I have A LOT of head cravings. I suck on peanut butter M&Ms when it gets bad for sweets. It only takes about three to make me feel better. But Red Robin and Taco Bell invade my dreams! I dont know what to do. I hope it gets better, I am one month post op.

    What to Expect After Surgery

    I am 3 weeks out and I eat soup and popsicles. if the soup is too thick I put it through my bullet and add water, milk, or broth. I bought small 5 oz bowls at world market and that is how I measure my food. I keep a list of what works for me and what doesn't. The soup varies. Sometimes home made and sometimes canned or boxed. The small bowls help the best, it gives me an idea of how high to fill it. I usually don't eat a whole bowl but it helps me not to waste. I also have tasteless protein powder that I add a teaspoon to each meal. I also drink a protein shake a day. Good Luck!
