    Hi all, I'm having my procedure on the 26th...a few weeks away ***wink*** I'm reading my workbook and I know we have to take Vitamins afterwards.     Hi eveyone, I am new to this board and just received my approval for the sleeve via telephone. I now have to wait for my doctor to receive the approval letter before they schedule me for sugery.     I'll be starting my pre-op liquid diet on the 19th in preparation for my surgery on the 26th. Can anyone tell me if juicing is ok?

    I'm 12 days out from the sleeve and finding it super hard to drink the protein shakes and drink the creamed soups. I have 9 more days in this stage and I'm about to have a fit. I want variety from Propel, water, SF popsicles, crystal light, and hot teas. Maybe a word of encouragement and to know others have struggled too will help.

    I would still blend it until there's no chunks. That's what I did and my doctor was ok with it. He just didn't want me chewing.

    I tried one and it took me a whole 2 days to stomach Isopure. I tried the chocolate Muscle milk today and believe it or not, I like it. I will buy a few cases of these.

    I'm 12 days out from the sleeve. At my first appointment I asked how to take my Claritin and was advised not to crush it anymore, but since it was a small pill, I could swallow it. Been doing that 4 days now and no issues.

    I was sleeved on Feb.26 and have been getting my liquids in using a shot glass size cup. I'm wondering if I can use a regular size cup? I haven't experienced any problems this far and wanted to know if I can use a regular size cup and maybe even a straw.

    I had 2 K cups independently..lol. One was green tea and the other was peppermint green tea. Still sipping on the 2nd cup.
