Lol...don't be nervous. I was out in one day. Just remember to walk. It helps with the gas. The post op pain will probably only last a week. Don't worry, you will do fine. -

I'm two months and a couple of days out. I have been at a stall for at least two weeks. My nutritionist says that I don't intake enough calories, but I feel that I'm eating too much at times. What do I do??

Wow...I didn't have staples. -
My pre op diet consisted of 2 protein shakes a day and soup of anykind. Could have lowfat jello, yogurt, pudding in between meals. Water, crystal light etc

Yes! Tylenol over aleve. Try to drink your liquids. Dehydration is not good

Does anyone know of what to do to make sure you won't have a lot of skin once you start losing the weight? I see some people who has had the surgery and look great! And I've seen some people who's thighs hang to their calfs. -
