    You can change your settings on MFP online. I had to use my computer and not the app on my phone. And just played with the percentages until I got my protein goal at 60g. Hope that answered your question

    I started all the creamy Soups, applesauce, and yogurt after 48hrs post op. And Protein shakes. Was able to tolerate very well as long as I eat very slow.
