Listening to "Stories" by Superchick and it made me reflect back as to what was my deciding factor for wls. Mine was hearing a radio show where an artist had the surgery and was explaining how it saved his life so he could raise his family and get his life back. That was my rock bottom, what was yours? -

I'm 5.5 months out and having the same issue, started b12 shots 3 weeks ago and they help. I have also lost 12 pounds since I started them. -

We recently did a biggest loser contest at my company and 77 people lost almost 800 pounds.... I was wondering what our total since surgery would be if we added it all up. I will start I have lost 80 pounds since 12/26/12. In a few days I will total it and I bet we have lost a few thousand pounds as a support group. -

Yesterday was amazing! A couple years ago I couldn't walk up the trail to see Yosemite falls, and yesterday I was able to climb rocks and feel the mist on my face! Do not regrets my decision at all! -

Today marks 80 pounds lost, what a great way to start the day :-) only 45 more to go, I know I can do this! -
I was considering purchasing Tony Horton's 10 minute training program and was wondering if anyone has tried it. If you gave tried it let me know your thoughts. I am on my treadmill 30 minutes 5 days a week, but if I could get a better result in 10 that would be great.

Sleeved 12/26/12, down 76 pounds. Have my follow-up next week hopefully he will be happy, last time I was scolded for not losing enough. This will only be my 3rd visit with him, hopefully I can get more direction to keep losing. -

Sleeved December 26, 2012 down 74 pounds, still have 51 to go to goal, hopefully in the next 3-4 months I can get there. -
197 this morning total loss of 68 pounds since sleeved in December 26, 12 64 pounds :-)
