I'm going to be in MX with my mom while she has plastics, I'm wanting to have my teeth whitened while I'm there. Does anyone have a Recommendation for a dentist there?

My mom just went to Mexico and had a circumferential tummy tuck and a leg lift for 8,500. Mexico is a wonderful option!

I just tested positive to celiac, 4 days gluten free down 4 lbs, I haven't lost in months. This isn't a cure all, I don't regret my sleeve at all. I just had to figure out my body to get the result I dreamed of! -
I had read that you need to make a big deficiency, I don't think I could eat enough to warrant a deficiency, I barely get near 1000 a day. Because I have to completely change the way I cook I won't be taking this on any time soon. Good luck to you, I'll be watching to see the success you have!

I know there is a group on here but it's a closed group, I'm needing to do something to lose my weight. I bought the book but want to hear from those on here that have or are doing it, pros, cons and suggestions.

I'm 6 months out, I haven't lost in 3 months but I just found out I have celiac disease so I think I'm needing to figure that out before I try the 5:2. I also read you need to eat many more calories then I can consume.
