What can I say other than being sleeved changed my whole life for the better! I would do it again in a heart beat! Being border line diabetic and having sleep apnea was not helping! Those both are a thing of the past as I am no longer hooked to a machine as my apnea was weight related. I still have weight to loose and I have plateaued for a couple of months at my current weight but I feel and look awesome!!!

I got rid of the bipap machine 4 months after surgery. It is amazing how much my life has changed for the better! -

Shelby- I stick to eating protein first. I really only go for the protein type foods- I will admit sugar free pop cycles have been a life safer.
