  1. Yes definitely helps reduce hair loss. I ran out of my Protein powder and just didn't get around to getting more.... My hair loss got so bad since that I have now chopped all my hair off because it was so thin and gross. Have started back on the protein and have learnt a valuable lesson!
  2. Hi Amy, I bought it from my local health food shop. Cost me $50 for a 3kg bag and it lasted about 3 months (using a scoop and a half a day).
  3. I had surgery on Thursday, discharged Saturday and back at work Wednesday. But I was bored brainless by Monday and was sooooo tempted to go back to my desk job. I was in absolutely no pain and since I'm allergic to pain meds, couldn't have taken them anyway!! It seems like everyone is very, very different. So possibly not much help!!
  4. Hey cookie, I am terrible with my multi Vitamins... The Swisse ones my dietician recommended are so big and foul-smelling I can't get them down. I was tempted to take the kids chewable ones because I thought something was better than nothing. Has anyone found any multi-vitamins that are ok smelling?

Start weight, current weight, goal weight?

Hi everyone!! Starting weight on day of surgery: 106kg Todays weight: 77kg Goal weight: 67kg I was sleeved 6th September '12 so just over 4 months ago. So pleased with my results. I've got no excess skin at all - just need to tone up my muscles.
  6. Hi all, I bought Boomers whey isolate (which is flavourless) and then I just use my baby bullet to make my own smoothie. Can't taste the Protein when I make it. Delicious and super quick!! Banana, malted milk, skim milk and some honey. I can't stand the flavoured protein powders... They are so overly fake tasting!
