I just added my fitness pal was wondering the same thing about calorie intake. Im still on liquids only so my calorie intake is not that high. What should it be. -

I was sleeved on Dec 31st. Im down 28lbs. Im really glad I had this done. Cant wait to lose more. Hard drinking the protein drink and water. I feel full all the time. Still on liquids go back to dr in a week. Good luck to everyone. -
I am almost 2 weeks post op. Things are going good. This truly is the hardest thing I have ever done. I am glad I did it. It will all be worth it in the end.
