Hi, I'm curious does anyone regret having the surgery? I'm 28 5'1" 215. I really really want to go thru with the sleeve. I'm just nervous and afraid it won't be worth the pain. My goal weight would be 140. Thanks everyone! -
Hi, can anyone recommend some good books to read or websites that will help me get prepared mentally for the gastric sleeve? I'm so afraid of gaining the weight back. I have lost and gained back weight so many times in the past. Thanks in advance for all your help

Hi everyone. I'm 5'1" weight of 215 by BMI is 40. I'm so nervous about excess skin after my surgery. Has anyone ever not had excess skin after surgery? I head low BMIers could possibly not have excess skin depending on how much you loose. Thanks in advance for your help!
