I'm 2 months & 3 weeks post op ... I don't know y I'm always hungry I been doing good so far but this past week all I been wanting todo is eat .. I'm not Allowing myself to do so but food is always on my mind .... Ugh ... -

But for me it's like I can eat and 5 mins later I'm Hungry again like idk what's going on .. -

I go to the gym & do Zumba ... I don't have a eating routine .. I just use a app on my phone called lose it

I'm 2 months after surgery starting weight 268 I weighted myself today & I'm 227.1 so I'm down 41 pounds in 2 months .... Yay

I haven't use the restroom #2 in 5 days... What should I do!! I called my doctor he said to drink more water ... Ugh it feels like I have to take a S*** but it don't wanna come out ... It is so Uncomfortable .. HELP
