    Hooray! Congratulations! I'm down 24% of my goal weight loss. It's hard to stay hopeful during the stalls, but with posts like yours it helps us keep going. Keep up the good work!

    Just How Much Is Everyone Exercising?

    I try to walk for an hour on the treadmill, and I try to increase my speed, but every time I do I regret it. I went from 3 mph to 3.2 and ended up pulling a groin muscle and getting blisters. Exercise does not come easy to me. I've also tried yoga in the past, which I LOVED, but it was too hard on the arthritis in my knees. I'm gonna try it again after I lose another 20 lbs. They say the arthritis gets better when you're not carrying as much weight.

Tofu lasagna noodles (different, but an acceptable substitute, and very low cal!) 2 1/2 cups Marinara sauce Filling: 1 cup Shredded chicken (cooked) 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1 cup Mozzarella cheese 1 pint Ricotta cheese 10 oz Frozen Spinach (thawed and squeezed to remove moisture) 1 egg Mix all the filling ingredients together. Spoon 1/4 - 1/2 cup on the end of each noodle, roll up, place in baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Pour marinara sauce over the top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. This would probably be great with delicious pesto sauce if the marinara upsets your stomach.
