Tired of the life long yo-yo like many of us. Every few years I'd starve and exercise myself to death, lose around 80 lbs and feel good for a while....then just pack it back on plus more. So I made an informed decision to undergo a sleeve gastrectomy Fall 2012. Surgery was December 28th 2013. As of this writing, no complications. I look forward to the journey and sharing/supporting with all here.
