Ok I'm glad that I'm not the only one in the world. I was really beating myself up about it and have just been in the worst mood. It's such a horrible feeling to be going through this ;( I hope we pass it too. I feel like I'm cheating myself and it's really getting to me but I don't know why I just don't put it (food) down.. K. I've been highly depressed lately and have been slacking. I was sleeved on jan 14th. I haven't lost in 3 weeks. I was doing so well then got depressed and just been "tasting" way too much. I also work at Starbucks and got my coffee addiction back. Has anyone gone/going through this? If so what have/are you doing to get back on track? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using VST

Aww thanks so much for your response! I haven't really been tracking calories but I'd say they're anywhere between 700-900 and it's hard to find time for the gym. I have 2 kids work full time and go to school full time by all means that shouldn't be an excuse but it's really draining and most of my days are from 4am-11pm (if I'm lucky) I've been having this crazy craving for Cheetos which is weird because I've never eaten them before. I was never a chip person and now I crave them, I don't get it. How many calories do you burn at the gym? What do you do at the gym? How many pounds a week are you losing? Sorry for the questions but everyone in my family is thin and they just don't get what I'm going through.. Sent from my iPhone using VST

I don't know what's going on with me but lately ive been snacking way too much I don't know how to eat. It's depressing me. I haven't really lost any weight In about 3 weeks and I don't know where to start to get back on track. I feel like when I eat, I don't know when I'm full until I'm full... Ok sorry I should have explained. I am 10 weeks out 53lbs lost as of Monday and I'm on a 600-700 calorie diet. I don't eat beef or pork and I eat just 2 ounces of food around meal time. I am having a hard time with Protein and I've tried Protein Bars but I can't finish them. I need serious help this whole eating situation really depresses me.. Any suggestions?? I am 10 weeks out tomorrow and I can eat 3 oz of meat each meal (meals consist of only meat) but I feel like I should not be eating that much just 10 weeks out. Any suggestions?? Anyone experiencing this? Sent from my iPhone using VST

Thanks! Yours will end soon too! I find it so hard to drink any kind of liquids because of the whole not drinking 30 minutes before and after a meal. I get scared I'm going to stretch my sleeve so soon. My drs have really freaked me out about everything and that's why I use this app as a resource. Thanks guys! Thanks everyone for the responses and CONGRATULATIONS to ALL on your weightloss. Everyone seems to keep mentioning Protein. My protein intake isn't good at all I find it impossible to consume that much. What Proteins are you guys having? Sent from my iPhone using VST
