    I feel terrible!!! The weekend was so hard is have 9 days and I'm completely back on track but i'm so worried!!! (my pre-op liquids is for 14 days) I already feel like i failed...

    Hi I'm almost 3mth post op an my food intake isnt good...I'm not eating enough or drinking enough an I DESPERATELY need to sum foods to have arnd the house ideas...I'm single so I hate cooking a big meal an I work 6 days a week...can u guys PLEASE help!??

    Prior to surgery?? My dr told me that there is a risk of bleeding but he didn't see a reason to stop taking the meds....any nurses or dr's have any input??? Of course I'm freaking out about 2 start my 3rd day of my liquid diet an now this news... :'(

    So I'm finally on my own as far as eating is concerned. What are some foods everyone has on hand at all times!! Help I feel like I don't know where to start!! Thanks

    I'm 15 days today post-op an I couldn't stomach my Zoloft (the generic) any long crushed up...so I split it in 3's an took it with apple sauce....I swear when I saw my dr last wed. He told me one more week...it's a small pill to begin with maybe 1/2 an inch...so far so good I took it almost a half hour ago no pain

    Ughhhh this is so frustrating its been over 2 weeks!! Problem is I know if I'm getting enough protein, I don't like Greek yogurt, I'm so over my protein shakes!! Sunday I probably don't even have 500 calories... This wed. Ill be able to have ground meats, very soft veggies...any other suggestions?? Ill be at the last stage before we're on our own... Please help

    I guess I'm asking about anything...from hamburgers to tacos from fries to pie....anything?? An what does dumping have to do with all over it?? I mean I know I won't be able to eat the amount of those things I used to eat but???? Can someone pls explain to me?? Thanks

    So my nutritionist just ok'ed me for eggs cottage chees (ewwww) yogurt etc....any other ideas??? OMG i'm SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does the soup i strain have to be low-fat creams or is reg fat ok?? ANY INFO will help!!! THANK YOU!! :D

    I jus started bawling...2mrw is week 2 n I new this would be hard but GOD I JUST WANT IT TO GET EASIER ALREADY!!!! It's like u hate this phase ur so limited to what u can eat u run out of ideas...maybe I jus needed to b***h but I could just scream (an of course cry at the drop of a dime) pls tell me I'm not crazy

    My dr said after 2 week ur stomach is almost completely healed an that there is no chance for a leak. Ill feel better next week (which will be 3 weeks for me) an my surgeon teaches dr ALL over the world...I also had my surgery thru in incision in my belly bottom which a lot of people don't have...guess it jus depends
