hey everyone sso my jurney has began I was at me dr with dr GArcia. it went great 4 incision not 5 .gas was horrible but they did all they could to make me comfortable! met the most amazing sleevers while there! . thay made gas pain and throwing up doable with therw kind words and checking up to all thoes I met thankyou so much. the weather was nice thanks to my companion from weight loss and beyond I walked all over tj NOT SCARed at all. seen some sights bought unemportant stuff for thw kids. also had a lady come to my room day b4 for a massage it was 60us and worth far more! !! the concierge will hook you up!

also stayed at the lucerna last week it was beautiful so scarey to cross the street .no cross walk. but other then that excellent! !!

I taped a video message on my phone and left it on the comp. for mine! I was so scared I wouldn't come home to them but you know I was freaked for nothing Iade a living will and all. its good to be prepared, but you'll be ok and as soon as your head hits the table just as fast they'll be wakin it up and off . good luck

I think this was a valid thread to start and infact was just having a laugh with a friend saying in 6 months when my family at the reunion looks at me with amazement I hope! and ask what dI'd you change I'm goin to say I eat way less and took out carbs baaaaa hsaaaa as if! I've heard that" misrepresentation" a few times . if it were that easy there wiild not be an apademic of obesity . I m not embarrass of my choice. it is not the easy way out! and I could most certainly fail agian inspiteof this tool . knowledge is key and I woild hope that haunesty and transparancy could go far and change a lot of unhealthy unhappy lives

put her matress on the floor of her room when my kid was 1/1/2 she tossed her self out of her crib so we put in a todler bed after that she would fall oit of that so we put it on the floor with body pillows on the side word out fine just had to spend time laying wi th her till she fell asleek or close to it
