I had surgery last Wednesday Jan 2. I see a lot of conflicting info regarding diet and I'm ver confused. My Doc says 2 weeks Clear liquids, 2 weeks puree then soft regular foods. Im Hungry! Im drinking all day, I'm still carrying about 15 pounds of Fluid, I am ony taking 9 G protien a day (paper says 1 serving protien drink per day at 3 week le vel so i assumed same now..although tis not specific). Drank 52 oz already today of my 48-64 required. Why are there so many variations on the diet in the first few weeks...makse no sense! Lyn
