Weighing 174 these days..... 34lbs to my goal This was at a wedding a couple weeks ago. Dress is size 14... I can fit into a 10 but my boobs can't... Lol This was a month earlier.... My birthday night out. This dress was a Medium!!!!!

Starting weight 250 Surgery weight 217 6 months out 174 Total loss of 76lbs!!!! Was wearing size 20, 2xl, 42D..... Now wearing 10/12, M/L, 38D Does my weight loss sound right? I feel like I should have lost more than 43lbs in 6 months.

Surgery 2/28 and as of today down 68lbs!!!!

Will be 6 months post op on 8/28/13 and will have lost 68lbs!!! Woohoo My goal weight is 145... So at 177 now I don't have far to go. Here's a picture of my progress. It's been hard at times others very difficult but sooo worth it! Started at 20-22 size and now wear a medium or 10/12. Just bought a juniors 13 dress at Deb's for my daughters 16th birthday in October!!!!

In 12 weeks down 28lbs.... Total down 54lbs. Feel like it should be a lot more. I'm 5'3 and currently 189... Feel I should be much lower

Everyone looks amazing! Excellent work The before is me about 250 and today I'm at 193!!!! I'm a much happier, sexier and confident me. Thanks to everyone's support on here.

This was about maybe 1-2 weeks ago. I'm down 52lbs and down 5lbs from the photo. In wearing a size 14 pant (ghetto booty) lol and large tops. Some of my workout pants are mediums!!! Trying to keep my "girls" as they have shrunk a bit but can still wear my bras... Thank god. We all know how expensive new bras can be. Saturday I have a wedding and I'm excited to take pictures! On Sunday I have an anniversary party and my husbands family has not seen me in a month! Nervous about their reaction ... If they have any. Just started playing our co-Ed softball and I try walking a couple times a week. I'm a regular shopper so I add those 1hour walks into my exercise also. Lol Just got the nectar samples. Love the Special K protein shakes but nutritionist says no I can tolerate it and drink it. I am trying diet snapple and crystal lite with powdered protein. Sometimes I add the protein to my coffee. Hope everyone is doing great!

243 preop weight 217 surgery weight 193 current weight Down 52lbs !!!!! Surgery was on 2/28. Still have hard time getting everything in but I try. Really don't wanna force it and be sick or feel sick.

Ok so I bought the nectar Caribbean cooler.... YUCK. Any ideas on how I can dress-up the flavor or make it not taste so gross. Mixed with room temp water, didn't like foam. Cost me $45 at vitamin shoppe
