Down 45lbs!!! 50 more to go!!!

What is everyone eating? I'm lucky to reach protein and not enough water intake. I've been try a 4oz Greek yogurt for breakfast, then soup or some 1/2 wrap and finally chicken for dinner. I'm not hungry or thirsty.... Looking for help.

YES! I am tired mid day and find I can't sleep at night .... 12:34 here now and will be up til at least 2am then I can't wake up feeling refreshed even at 9or 10

Yes. My feet have thinned so much on width and little on size. No more swollen feet either... Just cute feet.

Sex gets amazing for us too. I've lost 40lbs and my sex drive has increased along with my confidence but I'm finding my hubby can't keep his hands off me. He's asking my for sexy bed outfits.... Lol. Sex before was 1 way and in the dark. It's amazing the things we can do being skinnier and more confident. I've let out my bedroom "ho" lol

Sleeved on 2/28... down 45lbs. This includes preop diet too. Start: 243 Surgery: 217 Now: 198 Haven't been under 200 in forever.

My Dr sent me home with nausea meds and 2 different antacids. Room temp drinks work best so far. Thanks for your support.

This was happening to me and I went to ER... Was admitted for 4 days. IV fluids, X-ray, ct scan and upper gi.... All normal. That's good but still have hard time drinking without feeling pain or stuck feeling. Anything I eat makes me nauseous Feeling down, depressed and alone. No one understands when we can't eat cause they can.

I am having the same issue. I am on puréed foods and I am not able to eat much of anything. I am chewing on my food as indicated however it still feels like it's being stuck. I have had chicken and chicken and liquid yogurts but those seem to be making my stomach very sick. Even when I drink fluids I'm constantly feeling nauseous but my doctor is just indicating he thinks my stomach is just healing slower than others. I did have some mashed potatoes with gravy from KFC and my stomach seemed to tolerate that well and I can usually have a small bit of applesauce
