When you are counting the carbs in your food, so you subtract the dietary fiber? I know when I was on a low carb diet before, you subtract the dietary fiber to get the true carbs.

BCBS of Texas, approved in a week of my doctor sending in all of the paper work. I did see the NUT and Psychologist before my info was sent in.

I live in Kentwood, about 45 mins from BR. I'm sch for Jan 24th at Cypress point in Robert,La. I'm so pumped I can't wait to get this done!!! I'm starting my liquid diet tomorrow. Pre-ops on the 16th. Is there anything you can think of that I may need to know about post-op stuff? -

So you have to do the two week pre-op liquid diet? My doc said I didn't need to do it but from what I'm reading on here most people have to do it so I think I'm going to put my self on it. -

I'm sch jan24th and I'm in a nesting phase too!! Cleaning, dusting, wanting to clean out my closet and dresser and throw out all the clothes I will never wear again!!! If I don't calm down I'm not gonna have anything to wear when I get home from the hospital!!! Lol -
