I use the take-n-toss infant to go containers. Their inexpensive, come with lids (perfect to take for lunch), can be heated in microwave, & hold about a cup. -
I was in your shoes...I'm a "slow loser" I think it just takes some time for your body to adjust. Are you eating every 3-4 hrs? That let's your body to know more food is coming & stimulates your metabolism. I have only lost 27 lbs & was sleeved 12/17... My weight loss is just now starting to return! It will come off....with the small amounts we are eating it has too! Good luck!

Mine said the same thing..better to eat every 3-4 hrs...keeps your metabolism going! -
The mesh should be embedded by now...but you could be feeling scar tissue from it pulling. Either way you should check it out with your doctor.

Your right Tiffany...mine did tell me to eat my protein first..then veggies if room! He also said he'd rather I EAT my protein & NOT drink it! -
