Best and worst "compliments"
SUPERG827 replied to Healthier2day1227's topic in Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories
Best- you look great. You inspire me to take better care of myself. One that pissed me off the most. Guy at work lost 140 without surgery. Coworker said he did it the hard way and all i did was close my eyes and wake up with a smaller stomach and shed the weight. All i responded was yep i took the easy way out. Best i didn't say what was really on my mind. -

SUPERG827 replied to LenaVSG's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hello my fellow January sleevers. How is everyone doing? I am down to 260 from my heaviest of 359 and surgery weight of 348. I am down from a size 48-50 jeans to a 40. shirts from 4xl to 2xl and a couple xl depending on how they are made. I am off all my diabetic meds and have reduced one of my BP meds to once a day. Feeling great. Hope everyone is staying on track!! -

SUPERG827 replied to Autumnrain1908's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
My wife and I are about 3 weeks apart. Jan and feb this year. Helped us both out!!! I'm down 86 and she is down 85. Best decision ever. -
Sleeved feb this year. Down 86lbs. Wife is down 85. Loving the new changes.

I do need to clarify the left pic is a year ago at my heaviest at 357. I was 349 at the start of my liquid diet and 335 on surgery day. I currently weighed in at 314 yesterday morning. So it is weight loss from from more than just two weeks. I'm feeling great. Thanks for all the kind words. Everyone keep up the great work.

Weight in left pic was 357 at my heaviest. Surgery weight was 335 and I weighed 314 this morning.

Only two weeks out. Major change in face. 35 lbs gone. One pic from a year ago and the other from this morning.
-
Feels great. Wife has lost 41lbs. She is about 2 weeks ahead.
-
Anyone finds 31lbs lying around tell it to kiss my butt. Lol.
-
My wife and I both had the sleeve. Our surgeon told us to eat every 3 hours. Consisting of 3small meals and then proper snacks in between.
-
Should it be this easy? 3 days out, no problems with drinking at all.

Day 4 post op. no problems with sips of water, protein shakes or Campbell's chicken noodle soup broth. Also good with Gerber organic applesauce. Incisions hurt like heck and gas pain is killing me. Lol. Other than that all good. 349 at pre-op. 328 this morning. -
