Hi everyone,
I'm JT (No...JT doesn't stand for Jive Turkey) married with 4 kids ages 4 to 24. I work in the pharmaceutical industry, however, I stay quite busy with various charitable organizations with the goal of impacting the lives of others. Needless to say I seemed to have neglected myself over the years, but I'm choosing to do something about that by focusing on this tool (VGS) to help me with my health and my family. My current weight is 330 lb my goal is to get back to my college football playing weight of 230 lb , so I can give my self a chance at seeing my youngest child go to college. I'm hoping to use this platform as a resource to help me during my journey to live a healthier life style.
