Hi I actually had a revision surgery , I was originally banded in October 2009 and had revision surgery to the gastric sleeve on December 31, 2012 best decision I have ever made how ever I had the removal if the band and conversion to the sleeve all in one surgery, best of luck best decision of my life -

I am in the same boat as you my incisions are extreamly itchy I'm 9 days post op and omg is the itchiness driving crazy -

Found the recipe Baked ricotta 8oz ricotta 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1t. Italian seasoning 1lg egg Salt and pepper 1/2 cup marinara sauce (I used 1/2 cup sun dried tomato alfrado sauce 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese Mix ricotta cheese,parmesan cheese, beaten egg, and seasonings together. Place in oven dish pour sauce over top then top with mozzarella cheese. Bake 450 for 20-25 min. 6 servings 88 cal. 4 fat. 3.3 carbs -
Looks delicious will try this as soon as I'm able to eat solids

I am anxiously awaiting the Ricotta Cheese recipe : ) -
Hi everyone I am 6 days post op. I am still in alot of pain and today was extremely hard in the sense that I felt very light headed and weak. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to keep all the liquids down and in trough out the day ? Also what foods worked for you in this stage thank you
