Here are a couple that I have 1cup frozen fruit 1/2cup skim milk 1/2 cup low-fat/fat free flavored yogurt 1/2 cup of ice 1 scoop Protein powder Fruit Smoothie with sugar free juice instead of milk: 1 cup of frozen fruit 1/2 cup sugar free juice (i.e. Crystal Lite) 1/2 cup low-fat/fat-free flavored yogurt 1/2 cup ice 1 scoop Protein Powder These were given to me by my Dietian.

Yeah I'm addicted too... what everyone else says I guess.... no matter who answers you or not its always a addiction huh.... gotta love it LOL

Trish: is my nick name i got about 17yrs ago, whats funny is my hubby introduced me to his family as Trish, so one day I had to call his mom for something.. i dont remember, but I said Hi, This is Patricia..
