Oh yeah i have tried the canned chicken then same way I have eaten the tuna.. I hope it will be ok to eat too.. Maybe the make the Air tight package chicken like they did with the tuna. "Chicken of the sea? is that Chicken or Fish?"~Jessica S. LOL

doesnt Tuna come in those air tight packages now, you dont have to buy it in a can anymore... Anyway I HATE tuna... I was on a pure tuna diet for 3months.. then I went on the 6 week body make over diet and ate tuna all the time.. ugh im so sick of it. Which is sad because I use to love tuna, tuna salad.. anything.... now the smell or just seeing the package makes me sick...

It seems as though my family was opposite. They were much more scared of losing me being over weight then losing me over surgery. And I dont even really have many pre-op medical problems. I agree with the others, and yeah maybe your family should read whats here and see the good the bad... its all mostly good.. If this is something you REALLY want they will have to understand.. and support you! Good Luck with everything and keep us posted

Im very sorry to hear about your loss.. I wish I could tell you it gets better.. I to lost my dad two years ago to the Flesh Eating Bacteria, he was only 59 and everyday i miss him and everyday it hurts. Just know he is in a wonderful place now looking upon you as your angel. Anyone out there with Tattoos that have lost a lot of weight? This question is for you... I think I know the answer but Im going to ask my stupid question anyway. Do the Tattoos shrink? I have 4 tattoos, 2 very large ones.. on my ankel and on the back of my leg. They would look funny if they shrunk LOL Thanks for answering my dumb question LOL

My PCP hated the fact I wanted WLS He did everything to me aganist it... and for once.. i was able to go behind HIS back and get it done... got approve from Ins... everything i didnt need him at all.... I didnt need him saying that im taking the EASY way out anymore.... I did this all i my own with hard work... the more you want the better it will be Good Luck with everything Take Care

Hey Jenna no pressure but you can do this... then I will try to quit too... remember i smoke 1 to 1 1/2 packs a day... yes a day.. I buy a carton of smokes my the 3's LOL You CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! Jenna, You CAN do this!! Im a smoker.. 1 pack a day smoker.. I dont want to quit.. but I will have to before surgery.. It will be hard nothing in life is easy.. but YOU CAN DO IT!!! keep your hands busy all you can... chew gum, suck on a lolli pop.. Keep your hands and mouth busy... DO NOT replace food for your smokes!! easy thing to do... You can do this... i know i keep saying that.. but you can.. Im so going to cheer you on tomorrow.. you WILL be in my thoughts and prayers for this.. cuz i know it is HARD!! Please PM me anytime to talk... Im hear for you!!! Take Care hun!

OMG How did I miss this thred! Somtimes I thought I was the only one. Right no I pluck my stumps on my chin.. and I use a cream for my upper lip. Now for something funny: Sometimes while me and my husband are getting ready and hes shaving and im plucking or something.. I tell him "Look hunny we are like Shrek and Fiona on Shrek2 when they are shaving" Its actually pretty funny when how real i think it is.. us both at the mirror LOL

So what do YOU do outside LBT website?? Im being nosey I guess LOL Me Im a BIG online gamer.. hehehe Just Pogo and a few other things. I have a couple of other LapBand groups on Yahoo but I dont talk much on them. Not nearly as much as I talk here. I also do computer graphics... Not to high tech just little things here and there. So tell me your secret what do you do outside LBT.....
