seems like i am having the feeling all the time, sometimes are worse then others. I dont think it changes with my eating. **I called my Dr. and he was not in, They said he will call me when he gets back on Thursday. I guess I will wait and see**

I had a drink the night after my surgery... I barely could drink the whole glass... (oh I wish I could do that now) So Thursday I had surgery and Friday night I had a vodka and juice drink and drank half of it... Now I can drink anything from Beer, to mixed drinks to wine..... I guess it just depends

I got a pedometer, but I dont use it....

I dont have self esteem at all... I hate the way I look.. I hate shopping for clothes and I hate putting makeup on right now.. Thats why I dont care, thats why I dont get all pretty, thats why I dont do my hair, or makeup... I just dont care anymore!!!! I think people will judge me wether I dress up or wear makeup.. so why go thourgh the trouble of doing so, only to get the same responce otherwise.

I always knoticed people staring at me, but I give them a big smile, and say hello.... I DONT make myself up.. I own 2 pair of pants, 3-4 shirts that I can actually wear and that is what I wear every day every week! I wear my hair in a bun my bangs pulled back and NO makeup pimples on my chin. I have dirty Vans shoes a oversized mens flannel type jacket! I guess you can say I am a Fat Slob! But I dont care... I dont care how people look at me, and if I do, I get over it pretty fast. Maybe one day I will feel comfortable to get all prettyed up.. but for now, I am just me! As for other people, I look at them and wonder why they are fat, or as myself if I look like that... but I dont look at them and ask why dont they dress better.. or wear makeup..... And its just me, I dont know! Maybe we should have a Bandster bash and do makeup and dress up party.

Okay tomorrow I am thinking of getting a hair Cut... I know when I need one when I can put my hair in a bun with no problems.. To long, if it is to long I will keep it in a bun... and if scrunch up my shorts and stand bowlegged I look like a Sumo Wrestler LOL what A sight I know... I even dance like one in the mirror and grunt at times LOL Anyway If I get my hair cut tomorrow (Friday) I will put my Avatar back up.. maybe... if my hubby takes a good picture... HAHAHA its so riding on him!!! LOL

thats how I am Mandy... I grow mine out until it raps up in a bun.. which my whole family hates.. so I cut it off... the thing is it grows so fast... Maybe I will get the nerve tomorrow... LOL

sometimes thoes big health full of oats, rasins, and dates.. get to much to chew.. just a bowl of simple cereal will do... but again i will probably eat the whole box... Megan I hope everything is working out for you...

Buck, Yeah there can be complications but you know what everyone that has one on here.. has had it fixed or just had the band out... No deaths... Yeah its hard to see what other have to go thourgh but it reversable.. and everything will be okay... You Dr will always be there for you, we will be there for you, The Band is the way to go!!!!

I have actually thought of that... but I dont know if my hair is really that long to donate... I am just cutting about 2-3 inches off... I dont think that is enough... I have a friend who does that every 2 years.. she grows her out really long then chops it off for Locks of Love.. I think that is the sweetest thing ever...

Thats great... Me I dont have "that time of month" yet.. maybe I need to lose more weight... and I think I need another fill... Also I hear about people saying thier fill kicks in a few weeks after a fill.. hmmmmm

Pain due to gas.. in the shoulders.. I would take Gas X, other then that I would take Liquid Tylenol
