Awe... Gotta love the 2 week pre op. It will be over soon. I did figure out that if you double up on instant Breakfast at breakfast and lunch I stayed fuller longer... I can't say it gets easier but it gets more normal. Wednesday will be here soon -

I have been told 1000 to 1200. I think it depends on your starting weight and age. I i would ask your Dr and see what they say. I didn't need to switch to citrate until I was 6 weeks post op -

That is awesome. I have been at odds with the scale every other week due to retaining water. I am wanting to start running but I'm nervous about it... It's been at least 20 years since I last ran...Kinda scared -
Lisa at Dr Kirks office told me to start taking it. I was already doing that so she was ok with it.

Good to walmart and get the strawberry body fortress super whey protein. That was the only one I was able to tolerate. -
