Hi, My name is Keshia! I am 22 years old and live in KY. I am married to a very supportive husband and we have two daughters, ages 2 & 4! I started my VSG journey in January of 2013 with my first appointment being on 2-14-13! I just completed my 6 months of supervised diets! We have submitted to insurance for approval and I am waiting for a reply! I have BCBS of AL! I have been overweight pretty much my whole life, when I was about 14 my mom helped me to lose about 70 pounds through diet and exercise. I managed to keep it off for about 3 years and then slowly gained it back and then some when I had my girls! When I lost the weight before I had never felt better! I had so much energy, was so confident and felt fabulous! I cannot wait to feel that again!!
