It's been a month and my boyfriend proposed to me and I couldn't be happier. I am still having back pains , but I now know what caused it and therapy is helping my back. I'm 32lbs down and I need to loose at lease 45lbs by June 1st. My best friend is getting married that day. I just bought sugar -popsicles and I have fallen in love. It's like heaven and only 12 calories. I feel like I made the right choice and I am loving life. Hopefully I'll be able to return to work next month.

Wow I got my surgery on 12/10/12. Congrats on your success. I look forward to the day when I can say I'm down a 100lbs. This surgery gave me hope for a better life . My finance still eats fried foods but I am slowing added baked foods three times a week for him. I am passed my faze of being jealous of the food he can eat and can cook for him with no problem. You rock !

Still having back pain, I was able to see the specialist on Monday. She told me during surgery muscles in my back were sprained . Starting therapy on Friday. The next month should be interesting. I am feeling kinda of down because I can't workout and I feel like I am not loosing weight . I have not been weighed since my last appointment on 12/19. I have my next appointment tomorrow morning. Finding app has been the best thing for me. To know other people are In my shoes. Before this site I had reached out to a friend h who had the surgery last March and he wouldn't talk to me about the procedure. O well bless you all and I hope we all have success.

Pt is going good he told me I have a lot of back spasms, but I am still hopeful. I have loss 32lbs in a month and I know once I can get back in the gym I will lose more weight by June 1st I want to have lost 75- 80lbs. I am going to my friends maid of honor so I am hoping to reach my goal. Everyone is so nice on here thanks.

I don't weigh myself at all. I wait until I go to my visits to see my doctor. I can't say I don't worry about if I am loosing weight but the scale scars me. I had my surgery 12/10/12.

I had my sleeve surgery on 12/10/12. I woke up with horrible back pain and it has not stopped. I am going to see a specialist on Monday has anyone else had this issue? My other problem is MetLife is driving crazy even with all my issues and my surgeon wants me out work until at least 1/14/13. MetLife told me they can only give me 28 days off. I am having so much back pain my neck is starting to hurt. Please help I am so stressed that I am regretting getting the surgery.

Reading stories like this give me hope I just had my surgery 12/10/12. I was not nervous or stressed pre-op and post-op with all my new back pain I am really disappointed in choice to have the surgery. MetLife is making my life a living hell and telling me I can only have 28 days off even though my surgeon has advised them to give me until 1-14 and that will give me time to see a specialist and their opinion . I am hoping after I see the specialist they will tell me what went wrong and I can feel as happy as you.

I hear you my fiancée can eat any and everything. I told him I want ice cream so bad and I know being in stage 2 I can't have it , so I tried to keep my mind off having 30 mins later this guy goes and buys himself ice cream and eats it right on front of me smh. I don't think they realize how hard it is for us .

I have had stomach pain but the back pain is crazy. I am praying on Monday they tell me what went wrong and why I am now having back pain. Thank you for your support .
