    Outing

I recall that by day 4 I was still really tired. I could get up and move around a while but then became exhausted pretty easily.
  2. So I am a month post op and im supposed to get my period any minute now. I'm not having my normal pre period happenings though and don't feel it coming on. Did any of you have changes to your cycle following surgery? I am definately NOT pregnant.

    Fear.....

You need to catch that thing, drive it over a bridge and let it loose in th woods. They can't cross Water so you have to make sure theres a stream/river between the dump spot and your apartment.
  4. The difference is stretch marks can't kill you.
  5. Oh Please don't use tanning beds. And the notion of a base tan is a myth. Any tan either from beds or the sun is skin damage period. Don't risk your health for a little color. Its not worth it. Melanoma will kill you. Its extremely deadly.

Alcohol and 2 weeks post op!

I think the bigger question is why Skinny Girl Margaritas. That stuff is nasty. Seriously though from one Sarah to another, stay away from the booze for a good while. Not only can it cause ulcers and gastritis, but your liver is currently on overdrive processing all of the melting fat in your body. Don't pile more work onto it if you don't have to.

    Any Jersey Sleevers?

I had my surgery with dr. Rohit Patel at Cooper. I can't say enough good thing about the team or the hospital. What a phenomenal program they have. Highly recommended!!

Don't be too hard on yourself. I slipped a few times during my 2 week diet too. You're not the only one. Just try and do your best and be as compliant as you can from now on. You can do this!!

    January 2013 Sleevers?

Good luck to you too. I don't have any specific goals. I'm just going to do as much as I can as fast as I can. These first 6 months will be crucial I think. I'm gonna work my booty off, LITERALLY!! I check in at 11:15. I'm looking forward to hearing how you're doing. Sarah

    January 2013 Sleevers?

Good luck to everyone going in this week. I'm on my clear liquids for today. Surgery tomorrow. As of this AM I am 338 down from 351 right before I started my 2 week liquid diet. I have to say I already feel so much better after only losing 13 lbs. I can't wait to see less of me over th coming months. I love to go hiking in the spring and haven't been able to do so for a couple of years now. This year I'm tearing up the trails!!

    January 2013 Sleevers?

I'm going in on the 8th too. I thought I would be nervous (or at least should be) but I'm just the oposite. I can't wait to get this going. I want to really drop as much as I can before summer. There are so many thing I want to do!!! My surgery weight will be around 338 or so. I'm on a 2 week pre-op diet and have lost about 10 lbs so far. Good luck to you. Sarah
