Just got back from my medical doctor and I'm cleared for my surgery in the 21st Now I have to get through these 2 weeks of Protein shakes ! Sent from my iPhone using VST

I had mine 10 weeks ago and they found small ulcer and hiatal hernia on meds now and having another EGD next week to see if the ulcer is clear. The surgeon will fix hernia with the sleeve on June 21st Sent from my iPhone using VST

So I got Auth for Sleeve from Insurance company (BCBS)but a nurse from there called me today and I missed the call any thoughts why they would be calling me???

With my 2 week pre-op diet I hope I don't get headaches because cant take anything for them . Do I need to take pre-op vitamins ? They told me none 1 week prior to surgery. I'm overwhelmed with everything I guess:(

I had a Lap Cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) and its painful but each day got better. My Sleeve June 21 so at least I know what to expect I don't know if that's a good or bad thing I hope you feel better soon !! -
My surgery is June 21st I start my 2 weeks of Liquids Monday but I'm on my way to a healthy new me!! Good luck to you guys before you know it your turn will come )

I start liquids Monday and I'm going through the same thing like a food and alcohol funeral I know I will be happy when all done but its a weird feeling to have . Good luck on your journey to thinness

I have a concert at the end of July and my surgery is end of June how long before you can have a glass of wine ? Not sure if I will ever want to have another drink after the surgery bit I'm just curious
