Omg...im having the same issue....about protien...food intake..i guessonh bout 700 , calorie s a day....im drinking pure protein and just bought..pure protien bars..they have.280 calories ..but can only eat 2 thirds of it...never did i think ...eating food was going to be hard....

May 17...4 weeks out...shakes .beans. Chic noodle soup..greek yogurt..mashed potatoes...Cheerios...peanuts..almonds....SCARED OF EATING CHIX...I DID...AND THREW UP....down 25lbs -
