good to know. Im at 8 months and have been at same weight for a month now with only 20 lbs to go. thank you for this tid bit, I haven't been as good about my protein. ill be back on it........oh btw down 90 lbs!

isopure is pretty good. def suggest you try the flavors before committing to a case of it. just had surgery on tuesday 1/8/2013 and today is the 11th. isopure and healthwise shakes (healthwise shake is what they gave me in hospital)
