Hi guys! I will be having my surgery sometime in April and I was wondering if anyone had any advice on what I should do now? My insurance is requiring three months Physician supervised diet and currently I am just on a calorie monitoring diet. I was wondering if anyone had advice on certain things that I should start avoiding in order to make the pre-op and post-op diets easier?
